10/09/2022CLEAN4CHANGE 2022, a waste collection event open to all those who wish to participate in this worldwide event, will be held in Roses on 18 September. The activity is organised by TOMRA, a multinational company in the recycling sector based in Roses, with the collaboration of Roses ZeroPlàstics, Cabirols, Club Atletisme de Roses and Port de Roses.
The Cleanchange initiative brings together volunteers from all over the world to collect rubbish from leisure areas, the mountains and the sea, and take a step towards a cleaner and more sustainable planet. 11/04/2022Yesterday morning the reception and welcome ceremony for the ninth Master of Sea Rescue organised by the Deutsche Lebens-Rettungs-Gesellschaft (DLRG) took place at Roses Town Hall, as part of the programme of the Roses Cup International Tournaments. Throughout the week, the 250 participants will compete and perform the different tests on the beach of Sta Margarita, in front of the Hotel Marian, where they are staying.
