07/09/2022- The intervention will be carried out with the collaboration of the City Council of Roses, the Port of Roses and the Natural Park of Cabo de Creus.
- It is part of SUBMON's Underwater Forests project, which has the support of Bonpreu and Esclat and Worldcoo through the Solidarity Rounding campaign.
SUBMON will begin this week the revision of the anchoring buoys fields of the coves of Roses which are inside the Natural Park of Cabo de Creus to identify the concrete blocks which are integrated in the posidonia meadows and to evaluate the extraction. Changes in the buoy fields of Almadrava and Cala Montjoi following the indications of Capitanía Marítima.
15/06/2022This year, on Almadrava beach the number of buoys available is reduced by 14 due to the delay of the anchoring area marked by Capitanía Marítima de Palamós, while the buoys in the anchoring area of Cala Montjoi have been redistributed.
During the month of May we installed the buoys in the coves of Roses for the summer season this year. Roses requests a 15-year concession for the management of the anchoring buoy field.
